Training
After our selection process is complete, the recruited personnel are sent to our training centers. We can proudly say that SF Academy is possibly in Bangladesh, fitted with all the latest equipment and multimedia facilities. In addition we have training facilities available with all our regional offices.
The training session for the new recruited guards is a four week period. The training is based according to the company’s training manual and a video prepared specifically for our trainees.
Ex-military recruits are given a Refreshers Training for 2 weeks to brush up their skills which they can use in a private business environment. This training is conducted by high ranking ex-military officers. Ex-military recruits are trained to be supervisors, inspectors and operational managers.
Supervision & Responses:
We have three tiers of supervision system. Supervision is enforced basically by (a) Zone Inspector, (b) Operation Officer and (c) General
Manager (Operation). This is monitored by ‘Operation Office’, which is manned round the clock. Activity of field supervisors are monitored from the operation office. We have ‘stand-by’ reserve force to meet any unforeseen situation. Besides, we have day/night supervisory system. We respond to clients call at any time of the day and night.
